Due to the nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns for:

Used or partially used products.

Products not in their original condition or packaging.

Items purchased on sale or through special promotions.

Exchanges are offered for damaged or incorrect items.
Replacement items will be shipped once we receive the original product.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of return approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
